My PT team Lynn, Kacey, Rachel, Sara, Charles, Ralph and Ilene. My CNAs, Jackie "da man", Sonia, Tina, Grace, Moya, Courtney. I wanted to let everyone know about the GREAT care that I received there from EVERYONE involved in my care, from the Administrator Zevi, Director of Nursing Stephanie, Assistant director of nursing Ashley, SAR Unit Manager Jamie, Stephanie, nursing supervisor, Admissions, Sue, Lorraine and Pam (director of guest relations): My nurses, Tim, Devyn, Grace, Mercades, Danielle and Crystal. I just recently spent a week at Autumn Lake Healthcare in Oceanview, NJ. When it comes time Autumn Lake healthcare at Ocean View should be checked out well worth your time a great facility. She made it there till she passed on the first day of summer 2018. Special thanks to Stephanie, Jamie, Dena, Marybeth, Patricia, Jacky, Katt, Samantha, Bobbi, Efrin, Fredie, & Brenda(who she bonded with), house keeping staff of Terry & Ed and many others, they thought very highly of Joanne as the universal mom. Mom made some friends there and seemed quite happy and content, when there were some hard decisions to make, the staff made it easy with compassion when it came to the hard decisions like hospice care. ![]() A great thing was the closeness of the facility to my home so we were able to "drop in" at any time the care was consistent. I moved her there in August of 2017 she was given great care by the staff, including the nursing staff of the unit, the certified nursing assistants, and the administration of the facility. I spoke with Lorraine who stated they would have a private room for her and her care was excellent. I went there in the early summer of 2017 to check out the facility, and was pleasantly surprised while it is an older facility it is maintained and was much nicer than the facility she was in currently in Pennsylvania. Mom had great care in the memory care unit. There is also a secure dementia unit with oxygen therapy, restorative care and diabetes management to ensure high quality patient care. In-house physiatrists are available for cardio-pulmonary care, wound treatment, stroke recovery, joint replacement orthopedic IV therapy and trach management.
